Admission Requirements

  • Pay a non-refundable application fee of 15000/=.
  • Attach certified copies of relevant certificates.
  • Submit a completed medical examination form.
  • Provide a certified copy of your birth certificate (Affidavits are not acceptable).
  • Include a certified copy of your 'O' level certificate.
  • Include a certified copy of your 'A' level certificate (if applicable).
  • Include certified copies of any other relevant certificates along with their transcripts (if applicable).
  • Attach one passport-sized photograph (taken within the past six months).
